Europol announced in a press release that a series of meticulously prepared raids were executed across the Netherlands. It was part of a crackdown on illegal streaming functions. FIOD officers found through searches at different locations across the country, unearthing proof that can potentially bring down this illegal business.

According to reports, FIOD raided a data center (Globe data center) in Den Helder City as well. It was done to provide services to the now-seized IPTV infrastructure. A look at the Globe data center’s website tells us that it has been offline and unreachable for some days.
