China Warned US Officials Not To Interfere With India: Pentagon Report

According to the latest Pentagon report on China 2022. China has warned US officials to not interfere in its relationship with India. Throughout its standoff with India along the Line of Actual Control (LAC), Chinese officials desired to downplay the intensity of the crisis. And emphasizing Beijing’s intent to preserve border stability & prevent the standoff from harming other areas of its mutual relationship with India. The People’s Liberation Army Rocket Force (PLARF) launched 135 ballistic missiles (approximately) for testing & training in 2021. “More than the world combined, excluding ballistic missile employment in battle zones,” according to the Pentagon “China Military Power” report. It also continued to build three intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) silo fields which will have at least 300 new ballistic missiles (ICBM) silos.

The “China Military Power” Pentagon report was based on information about China’s army capabilities collected via December 2021 but it also accounted for some major affairs in 2022, including Russia’s war in Ukraine & Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan in August, this information given by senior defense official.
